This is an in-depth course covering the advantages of opening an eBay store to market and drive more traffic into your eBay site and increase SALES. The course will include and introduction to store marketing and promotion tools, use of keywords and the affect of search engine optimization for your store. Learn to use an eBay store as a powerful marketing and merchandising tool and understand why it is such an intregal part of doing business on eBay.

Our eBay selling ID is: beachboundhawaii and have accumulated in excess of 7500 (we have 2 ebays IDs) unique positive feedback comments. That may seem like a rather large number but remember, we started just like you, earning them one by one. It has taken over 10 years to earn the feedback but it can be done! During the training you I will offer sound advice and information to help you achieve a similar positive reputation.
Consider the course costs as an INVESTMENT and WILL be recouped from your first few sales on eBay! What a small amount to spend to begin your business. I have earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and a PostBac degree in Accounting and believe me when you begin to treat this like a business instead of a hobby you will impressively see it grow like one. Feel secure in the knowledge that the money you invest into training is 'money well spent' to ensure you start selling on eBay The Right Way -- thus you will have the knowledge you need to help avoid many of the costly and time-consuming mistakes new sellers tend to experience myself being one of them. What does the Basics of Selling on eBay course cover?

The Basics of Selling on eBay is an focused course presentation, credentialed by eBay and takes anywhere from 3-4 hours to complete. Timeframe is totally dependent upon your needs - and the questions asked during the workshop. You can spend as little or as much time as you need - to ensure particular aspects of the training is grasped thoroughly. I will offer my time post-session to make sure you have all of your questions answered.
You will be have an option prior to the session to purchase the official 190 + page, bound work book "The Basics Of Selling On eBay - Student Guide". This book is written/printed by eBay and contains training notes and exercises that can be used for future reference. It should be noted that this book is NOT available anywhere else but through attending a Basics of Selling on eBay course. In addition, students are provided with a Certificate of Successful Completion and a folder full of eBay info, links, tips and tricks to help you on your eBay journey!

What prior knowledge is needed to attend the course?

Basic computer knowledge - ability to use email, ability to navigate the internet using a browser (Internet Explorer). Should you need extra help in this area call or e-mail me ahead of time to arrange for a personal session to assist you with these skills.
It would be helpful if you know how to take photographs, download the photos to your computer, edit the photos and save the edited pictures to your computer. However, based upon the needs of the class these topics can be explored in more depth.
